Plain terms for a public-data subscription.

The service

Carrier Radar is a subscription data feed for freight factoring sales teams. The launch offer is a business-day CSV and weekly rollup for Connecticut, delivered to one business inbox. All matching rows in that launch-supported state are included. Later states require separate source, rights, quality, and cloud checks. Fields may include authority details, business contact information, fleet size, insurance status, and public-record UCC search results.

Price, billing, and cancellation

The price is $399 per month, billed monthly. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges; access continues through the paid period under the final checkout terms. The first five paying organizations receive 12-month price protection for the exact Connecticut Core scope; later state packages may be priced separately. Web payment is not open today. When it opens, Dodo Payments will act as merchant of record and present the controlling charge, billing interval, applicable tax, cancellation treatment, and refund terms before payment.

Accuracy and permitted reliance

Radar reports what its stated public sources returned on the stated dates. Records can be incomplete, delayed, mismatched, unavailable, or changed after a search. “No match found” means no matching lien was found under the stated search conditions; it doesn’t certify that no lien exists.

Radar is business information, not legal, credit, underwriting, or investment advice. Customers remain responsible for final searches, carrier qualification, compliance, outreach, and funding decisions.

Coverage and delivery

State coverage is limited to the searches Reclane explicitly marks as supported. Unsupported or failed searches remain UNKNOWN rather than being guessed. Delivery timing follows source availability and isn’t promised as real time. The first file is due within two US business days after payment and written confirmation of the supported states and delivery inbox. Material source outages or schema changes may delay a feed while the affected fields are checked.

Refunds

A representative sample is available before purchase. No blanket first-charge refund is currently promised. Duplicate or erroneous charges, material non-delivery, and any additional refund rights will follow the final Dodo and customer terms shown before payment. No web payment is currently being accepted.
